U + D | Urbanform and Design is a scientific journal dedicated to the themes of reading and architectural design and of the transformations of the urban form. The Journal that has an ANVUR ranking Class A*, intends to propose new paths for the architectural project, based on the rational and communicable aspect of disciplinary studies, in particular by proposing to the attention of the scientific community those aspects aimed to the study of formative processes of the architecture and their usefulness for the contemporary project. U + D, published every six months in Italian and English (both online and print edition), is aimed at an international audience by giving a significant contribution to the ongoing debate on the renewal tools concerning the urban morphology. The journal is divided into sections dedicated to the publication of essays and projects concerning urban morphology’s themes, studies and research with a theoretical character, authoritative reflections and view point dedicated to personal interpretation of topics of greater relevance inherent the specific area of interest of the journal.
